Hassle-free returns

We understand that sometimes clothes don’t quite fit or you might change your mind, which is why we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.

Returns Period You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags attached.

Returns Process

Initiating a return: Contact our customer service team via email at info@minglewear.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a returns form and instructions.
Packaging the return: Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original packaging. Include the completed packing slip with the returns form.
Shipping: Send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. For optimal return processing, returns should be made to our warehouse in Asia.
Who bears the return costs?

We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged or defective product).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g. size swap, change of mind).
Refunds

Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without original tags.
